Yankee Luxury Co. offers a range of luxury services, including but not limited to:

 

- Private Jet Charters

- Yacht Rentals

- Luxury Airport Transportation (pickups and drop-offs)

- Concierge Services

- Custom Travel Planning

- Exclusive Access to Events and Experiences

3. Reservations

3.1 All reservations must be made in advance through our website, app, or by contacting our customer service.  
3.2 You must provide accurate information, including your name, contact information, flight details, and payment details.  
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if any information provided is found to be inaccurate.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 All payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.  
4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.  
5.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service cost.  
5.3 No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.

6. Liability

6.1 Yankee Luxury Co. is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.  
6.2 We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your travel with us, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Customer Behavior

7.1 You agree to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards our chauffeurs and other passengers.  
7.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior without any refund.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yankee Luxury Co., its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
